SUMMARY OF VILLAS RIMBA
We arrived at Villas Rimba and were greeting by Julian the owner (bearing fresh juices) who was extremely welcoming and we were very excited to be one of his first guests. Julian showed us around Villa Ora, our 6 bedroom villa. We were blown away by the sheer size and architecture of this amazing space. Upon entering the villa your first sight is a huge indoor tree with a staircase spiralled around it. Adjacent to that is a fully equipped kitchen complete with top of the range appliances as well as a filtered water cooler. Stepping through the kitchen you then enter into an open dining and outdoor area with a stunning pool area overlooking the rice fields.
3 of the bedrooms are located downstairs and 3 are upstairs all with high Balinese ceilings and hanging dimmable feature lights. We were staying in the bedrooms upstairs which had picturesque views of Canggu and itโs sunsets as well as the infinity pool in our backyard. The bedrooms have King-sized beds in the middle of the bedrooms. The 3 upstairs bedrooms boast outdoor bathrooms which have a Japanese jungle twist. There are huge bathtubs shaped like a coconut shell with a waterfall style shower head, surrounded by lush plants. We made sure to have a nighttime bath and look up at the stars!
Also upstairs is a lounge area complete with a drop-down projector screen- perfect for those relaxing nights in! It has a massive couch, a pool table, and plenty of books to read.
Overall our experience at Villas Rimba was definitely one to remember- we came to Bali wanting to relax and staying in Villa Ora gave us exactly that! From their friendly staff to their beautifully designed villa and breathtaking views we highly recommend this Villa for anyone travelling to Canggu.
